If she could, Heetal would redesign everything her discerning designer's gaze falls on. Her astute sense of design thinking is infused with over 2 decades of experience in understanding behavioural patterns and consumer insight. Heetal has won numerous industry awards across advertising and design during her career.
An artist at heart, Heetal enjoys dipping into various creative fields including advertising, design, children's literature and art education. She believes in creative thinking across all areas of her life and refuses to box herself into a single role.
Heetal has worked and lived across India, Dubai, Turkey and Singapore. She has worked with various advertising agencies such as Lowe, Publicis, Bates Enterprise, The Classic Partnership and Sideways. She launched her own entrepreneurial venture where she designed & retailed home decor and accessories and is a published illustrator of children’s books.
Through her advertising journey she has worked on several leading brands like Lakme, Axe, Marico, Vicks, Benadryl, Nerolac, Hamleys, Kamasutra as well as retail majors - The Future Group and The Landmark Group. In her last stint in a leadership role at Sideways Design Consultancy, Heetal has also worked on new product development and innovation for clients like Borosil, Zeel Rainwear and Pidilite.
Shweta Iyer

Shweta can punch out a brand campaign with her eyes closed. Super passionate and deeply insightful, her double decade of experience working across brands in Edelman, JWT and Radio Mirchi, enables her to create rich, inclusive narratives for brands across categories, all with the snap of a finger.
Shweta began her creative journey with Rediffusion, two decades ago. She went on to become the National Creative Head of Radio Mirchi followed by an Integrated Communication Agency - Edelman Creative.
Through her wide and varied experience in advertising and media, she has worked with agencies like Rediffusion Y&R, Leo Burnett, Mudra and JWT as well as Radio Mirchi. She has experience across brands like Lux, Sunsilk from the Unilever portfolio and Ezee Liquid Detergent and Nupur Hair Colour from the Godrej portfolio. She has also worked on Aditya Birla Financial Services, Leela Hotels and Resorts, Philips Appliances, Croma (the accessories store) and Kellogg’s to name a few. Through her long career of 17 years in a mainline advertising agency, she has offered clients, solutions across mediums like film, print, radio, activation and digital.
She then moved on to working with Radio Mirchi, where she developed her expertise in integrated communication along with media innovation. During this period, she worked on innovation and integrated ideas for clients like PepsiCo, Nestle, Hero Cycles, Amazon, Idea, Knorr and SBI amongst others.
